How Do We Enable TransactiveAnalyticsTM

TransactiveAnalyticsTM is not about Technology, it is a feat of Process Engineering, with a good measure of Retail Consulting thrown in. We handhold Retailers to create a structured processes:
  • Users define a "transaction" for each typical Retail Use Case. A transaction is a prescribed set of actions, configured as a customized “if-then-else” workflow.
  • Thus, for every incident of the Use Case, a prescribed set of actions can be triggered as a single click.
  • The transaction will carry contextual information of the particular incident, which can be raw data and prescriptive metrics recommended by BIRetail.
  • Transactions triggered through BIRetail are logged and tracked for expected action.
  • If the action is not detected within prescribed timeframes, TransactiveAnalyticsTM will further trigger alerts in the escalation matrix.
A transaction could be as simple as sending email alerts to designated roles, and as complex as creating Purchase/Transfer Orders through reverse integrations in an underlying ERP System
